If a date in your matter is close, call rather than write. Contacting Anthony through this website, by phone, or by email does not create an attorney-client relationship, and it does not extend or pause any deadline, hearing date, or court date. No response time is promised anywhere on this website.

What to include in a first message

A short first message can provide enough information for an initial screen.

  • What happened Two or three plain sentences. No legal vocabulary needed, and nothing you would not be willing to say out loud in public.
  • Roughly when The date it happened, and the date anything changed. Approximate is fine.
  • Who else is involved Names of the other people, businesses, insurers, or agencies. Anthony has to check these against his existing clients before he can look at a matter at all.
  • Any date you have been given A deadline, hearing, court date, response window, or signing window. If one exists, it is the most urgent thing in your message.
  • How to reach you A phone number or an email address, and which one you prefer.

Please hold these back until representation is confirmed in writing. Social Security numbers, full dates of birth, government identification, medical records, financial records, photographs and other evidence, and detailed private accounts. Email is not a secure channel, and information sent before representation is confirmed should not be assumed privileged or confidential.
