What this website collects
This website does not set cookies, does not run analytics, does not embed third-party scripts or trackers, and does not use advertising or social media pixels. It loads only files served from this domain.
Like any website, it is served by a hosting provider that keeps standard technical server logs, which may include an IP address, the page requested, a timestamp, and a browser user agent. Those logs exist for delivery and security and are handled by the hosting provider.
Website contact requests
The homepage includes a short contact-request form. It asks for your name, at least one contact method, preferred contact method, broad matter category, county and state, names of known opposing parties, deadline status, and a high-level non-confidential summary limited to 400 characters. Employment inquiries may also ask whether you are an employee, employer or business, or are unsure.
When you submit the form, your answers are sent over HTTPS to a same-origin serverless relay. The relay validates the request and forwards it to a private law-firm intake channel available to Anthony and authorized law-firm personnel. The Telegram Bot API is used as the delivery service. The browser never receives the bot credential or internal destination identifiers.
The relay does not use Netlify Forms and does not intentionally store the full submission in a website database. Netlify and Telegram process information as service providers to deliver and secure the request, and each may maintain technical or service records under its own policies. Redacted operational logs may record a request identifier, time, delivery status, broad matter category, urgency status, and whether contact fields were present, but not the submitted name, contact details, opposing-party names, or summary.
Website intake messages are used for conflict screening, deadline review, evaluating the request, responding, preventing abuse, and meeting legal or professional obligations. If no representation begins, the full intake message should be removed from the active intake channel when it is no longer reasonably needed, ordinarily within 90 days. Limited conflict-screening or compliance information may be retained longer when reasonably necessary.
To ask about, correct, or request deletion of a website contact request, email aj@anthonyjones.org. A deletion request may be limited by legal, ethical, security, conflict-screening, or record-preservation obligations.
Information you send by phone or email
If you call or email, Anthony receives what you send through the phone or email provider you used. Email is not a secure channel. Please do not send confidential, privileged, or sensitive information by email before representation has been confirmed in writing.
Information sent before representation is confirmed is handled carefully, but you should not assume that an initial contact is privileged or confidential. Keep the first message brief and non-confidential.
Information from existing clients
When sensitive material is needed for an active matter, Anthony identifies the approved method for providing it. This public website has no client sign-in, public upload, or document-submission route.
